every day"
Joy is one of the most positive and wonderful emotional states we can experience as human beings. It stems from a feeling of contentment and belonging and fills us with vitality, optimism and delight. Joy fills us with contagious energy.
jOY AFRICA fOUNDATION

The home was originally set up as an orphanage by Sula Mugega in 2017 to help the poorest kids in his Mbale neighbourhood. Today, the Joy Africa Foundation Mbale is our first fully-funded residence in Africa. It is a loving home to 40 street kids and orphans. The Joy Africa Foundation ensures the kids have decent accommodation, food, clothing, access to full-time education and medical treatment as required.
